    I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s a couple of years ago and like most people, was given medication to restore thyroid levels back to normal. At first, it helped relieve my symptoms but after some time, I started feeling more and more fatigued. I was tired of feeling tired and this book couldn’t have came at a better time! I really loved the introduction of the book, which gave helpful and in-depth information in regards to thyroid disease.

    The recipes are amazing!! I likely would have never bought some of the ingredients on my own but Emily’s husband, Chef Phil, really knows how to make flavorful meals that are simple and quick. I’ve made ~12 recipes in the book and have loved each one. After two weeks of following the Paleo Diet, I feel more energized and motivated!! Also, these recipes will keep you full until the next meal.
