Cannot say enough good things about the Bliss Relief Stick. It’s clear to me that Emily’s done her research into the components here, because the entourage effect she discusses is at work in this product.
My “golfer’s elbow”, or epicondylitis, didn’t come from golf but from swinging a sledgehammer. My orthopedist (MD) prescribed the popular topical NSAID that everyone’s using nowdays along with ibuprofen. I tried this regimen for a few weeks without much relief, so I tried the Bliss Relief Stick. I looked at the ingredients and they made sense for the severe pain and inflammation that were bothering me, in fact, keeping me awake at night.
Nothing will fix a severe problem overnight, but the next morning my burning pain hurt a little less. I continued to use the relief stick morning and night for a few days and began to see some real improvement. After a few weeks now I still have damage so I have to be careful but the constant pain with every movement is gone. I credit Emily’s Bliss Relief Stick 100% for this improvement because my problem persisted for more than a year and nothing else really helped.
